* Your reservation for a minimum of seven nights will be secured with a deposit of 50% of the rent due. For reservations of 2 weeks or less this deposit is 75% refundable up to 60 days before arrival. For reservations of 3 weeks and longer the refund period is 90 days. After those refund periods, we will gladly refund your deposit if your reserved dates are successfully rented.

Payment method: Master Card, Visa, Traveler's Check, or personal check drawn on a USA bank.
* Full payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival, which includes the balance of the rent, Maine state tax of 7% on the total rent and a $500 security deposit. The security deposit will be returned with in 10 days when we find our home in the same condition in which it was rented.
* Rentals are on a weekly basis with check in at 3 pm Saturday and check out at 10 am the following Saturday.
* Monthly rentals are available, please call for rates
* No refunds can be given for early departures.
* 2012 Rates:
June 23 through September 8 ~ $1525 per week
May 19 to June 23 and September 8 to October 13 ~ $1195 per week
